HOW TO COOK :
- Clean the fish or seafood of about 100g size and drain well.
- Spread about 1 table spoon of the paste into aluminum foil. Place the fish or seafood then put another 1 table spoon of paste on top of the fish or seafood. Spread evenly. Fold the aluminum foil to wrap the fish or seafood. Bake or grill until cook.

- Boil 300ml water and add 1 clove of garlic, a lemon grass, ½ onion cloves, 100g prawns, squid, chicken, kaffir lime leaf and a tomato that has been cut with 10g tom yam paste and a spoonful of lemon and a teaspoon of salt and boil till its cooked. Ready to be served.
